1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Appicorn platform (“Platform”), you represent that you are an authorized employee or contractor of our company with legitimate business need to access TikTok content management tools for company-owned or authorized accounts.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and Appicorn. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Access

Platform access is strictly limited to:

• Current employees of our company with approved platform access
• Authorized contractors with signed confidentiality agreements
• Personnel with legitimate business need to manage TikTok content

3. TikTok Integration & Authorized Accounts

The Platform integrates with TikTok through the official TikTok for Developers API. All API usage complies with TikTok's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Community Guidelines.

Platform users may only connect and manage:

• TikTok accounts owned by our company
• TikTok accounts for which our company has explicit written authorization to manage
• Brand accounts under our company's official management

Prohibition: Users may not connect to, access, or attempt to manage any TikTok account without proper ownership documentation or written authorization from the account owner.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Activities

The Platform may be used for the following business purposes:

• Creating and scheduling TikTok content for authorized accounts
• Managing content approval workflows within our organization
• Organizing digital assets for company TikTok operations
• Generating performance reports for internal stakeholders

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

Platform users are strictly prohibited from:

• Connecting or attempting to access any unauthorized TikTok account
• Publishing spam, harmful, or violative content on any connected account
• Engaging in coordinated inauthentic behavior or manipulation
• Attempting to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions
• Sharing platform access credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Using the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes

5. Anti-Spam & Authentic Engagement

Appicorn is committed to maintaining the integrity of TikTok and authentic engagement. Users may not use the Platform to:

• Mass-post identical or substantially similar content across multiple accounts
• Engage in automated posting without appropriate human oversight
• Attempt to artificially inflate views, likes, comments, or followers
• Circumvent TikTok's detection systems or policies

Violation of these anti-manipulation policies will result in immediate platform access termination and may be reported to TikTok.

6. Data Security & Confidentiality

Platform users may have access to confidential business information. Users must maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose such information to unauthorized parties.

Users are responsible for:

• Using strong, unique passwords and enabling multi-factor authentication
• Securing devices used to access the Platform
• Immediately reporting any security incidents or suspicious activity

7. Termination

Platform access may be terminated or suspended:

• Upon termination of employment or contractor relationship
• For violation of these Terms or company policies
• For suspected security breaches or unauthorized activity
• At the company's discretion for business reasons
